ARCA Unlimited was appointed to rethink, modernise, and upgrade this existing 1970's inner city shopping centre.The brief asked for a redesign into a multiuse precinct, consisting of a hotel, luxury apartments and shopping centre. This design proposal would not only uplift the existing shopping centre experience but also the surrounding urban environment and would thus act as a catalyst for further urban development and renewal in this area.
