ARCA Unlimited was consulted to create an iconic display space for pre-owned vehicles, which could sit comfortably between the showrooms of two premier automotive brands, Mercedes-Benz and BMW. The client required both a tyre fitment facility and the pre-owned vehicle showroom to be established in a limited space. The dynamic angles of the AVURA logo are echoed in angled signage and emphasised in a unique roof design with varying pitches. The roof plunges on the western edge to provide both a signage surface and protection from the harsh western sun. The pre-owned vehicle showroom and tyre fitment centre were combined in one building. Storage space, ablution facilities, and a service corridor separate the building into its two sections and negates the need for further sound insulation.
