ARCA Unlimited was appointed to rethink this inner city shopping centre and to redesign it into a multiuse precinct consisting of a hotel, luxury apartments and the existing shopping centre. This design proposal would not only uplift the existing shopping centre experience but also the surrounding urban environment and would thus act as a catalyst for further urban development and renewal in this area.
