Arca has been appointed to do a 10 000 unit SHRA housing development in Stinkwater - Refentse that will be developed over a number of phases. Additional to this, the project will consist of numerous schools and commercial developments as well. A total urban plan will be developed with enough open space to enhance the living quality of all residents.
